At HerbaValley Ayurveda, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is as follows:
1. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at sales@herbavalley.com with your order number.

2.Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

3. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refund unless defective.
